Community Resource Centre FoundationCommunity Resource Center Foundation (CRC) is a nonprofit and non-governmental organization based in Bangkok, Thailand. CRC is working to provide legal aid to communities on community rights, human rights, and environmental rights under constitutional law, the international covenant on civil rights and political rights (ICCPR), the international covenant on economic, social and cultural rights (ICESCR), and the UN guiding principle on business and human rights (UNGP on BHR) to ensure access to justice. CRC works in Thailand, regionally, and internationally.

CRC works in Thailand and the ASEAN region to ensure access to justice for/and provide legal aid to communities, while monitoring the situation of human rights.

Our work in development finance

CRC works on litigation and advocacy to support communities in Thailand and ASEAN to access justice and ensure right to ICCPR and ICESCR. It works with communities which have faced violation from development projects of companies and state agencies, including local, national, and trans-boundary cases.
