Sahmakum Teang Tnaut (STT) is located in Phnom Penh-Cambodia. STT was founded in 2005/2006 as a local NGO supporting urban poor communities. It has since grown to produce community maps, research, and advocacy to achieve its goal of helping poor communities realize their rights to land and housing. STT’s mission is to develop advocacy tools, empower, and support urban poor and vulnerable communities to obtain adequate and comfortable housing.
To provide pro-poor technical assistance for housing and infrastructure and to inform dialogue and raise awareness about urban issues.
STT builds the capacity of urban poor communities so that they can have their voice heard and protect their land.

In a recent letter, local & intl CSOs had called on development banks to take a stance to protect #civicspace and use their leverage to push the Kyrgyz govt to stop the law.
