Global Labor Justice – International Labor Rights Forum (GLJ – ILRF) is a newly merged organization bringing strategic capacity to cross-sectoral work on global value chains and labor migration corridors. GLJ – ILRF holds global corporations accountable for labor rights violations in their supply chains; advances policies and laws that protect decent work and just migration; and strengthens freedom of association, new forms of bargaining, and worker organizations. ILRF works with trade unions, faith-based organizations, and community groups to support workers and their families.

Our work in development finance

ILRF has been working in the area of development finance and human rights since 2012. It has closely looked at forced labor in Uzbekistan as well as the Uzbek cotton industry. It recently began exploring development investments in the Honduran palm oil sector.
