Cohesión Comunitaria e Innovación Social A.C. (CCIS) is a non-profit civil association founded in 2009, dedicated to strengthening community cohesion and driving social innovation. Through its work, CCIS has developed a comprehensive community cohesion framework, along with strategies, indicators, tools, indices, and programs that are designed to enrich public action agendas across various sectors.
At the core of CCIS’s approach is the belief that community cohesion in Mexico is a holistic process, enabling individuals, groups, and communities to realize their full potential. This process is multifaceted, relying on the improvement of eight interconnected and interdependent dimensions.
