Progress in Collective Work With Members and Allies in Latin America: Roadmap

FacebookTwitterEmailPrintShare

In June 2021, a conversation between the Coalition for Human Rights in Development, members, and allies from Latin America, took place to reflect on the work done and to create a roadmap for the future.

More than 30 representatives of 24 organizations or communities from 9 countries in the region participated in the conversation.

The conclusions of this exercise were summarized in the document “Regional Strategic Conversation: Roadmap.”

A year and a half after this conversation, an interactive presentation of the progress that has been made and the areas of opportunity is now shared, taking the Roadmap as a guide and reference point. It includes the following sections:

  • Transversal work
  • Inter-American Development Bank Working Group
  • Leticia Pact and Amazon Initiative of the Inter-American Development Bank
  • Just Energy Transition
  • Linking economic justice movements
  • Advocacy support for members and allies
  • Opportunities

It is the Coalition’s goal to continue being a relevant space for collaboration and the exchange of ideas and to adapt to the priorities of members and allies in Latin America and the world.
